WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The Sacramento County Department of Regional Parks is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive monitoring, maintenance, and regulatory compliance services for the Gibson Ranch Park Domestic Water System in Elverta, California. The system is a transient, non-community water system with ten service connections serving more than 1,000 people in any month. Well P-70 is the primary domestic potable supply, and well P-71 supplies irrigation and the lake and can serve as the emergency standby domestic well. Both wells have submersible pumps, and the system includes a sodium hypochlorite chlorination feed system. Regional Parks owns and operates the system, and all operations, sampling, and reporting must meet the requirements of the County Environmental Management Department, the drinking water regulator.
