WHAT THEY WANT
The City of Richland, Washington is seeking a qualified consultant or consultant team to update the Master Plan for the Horn Rapids Industrial Park and to assess the feasibility of establishing an industrial symbiosis campus within it. The City owns and manages the 2,800-acre park in north Richland, which includes a heavy industrial area, a light industrial and business center, and the newly planned Horn Rapids Retail Plaza along State Route 240. The current plan dates from 2016 and needs updating after a decade of development and growing interest in rail service. The final deliverable is a draft master plan ready for adoption by the Richland City Council.
