The City of Idaho Falls, Idaho, is seeking a qualified transportation planning and engineering consultant to prepare a Safety Evaluation and Safety Action Plan under the federal Safe Streets for All program. The work is funded through a federal-aid grant (award 693JJ32640622) and will be delivered through a professional services agreement paid on a time-and-materials, not-to-exceed basis. Because the project is federally funded, the selected consultant and its subconsultants must provide certified hourly rates, overhead schedules and financial information consistent with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and the AASHTO Audit Guide before negotiation.
