The County of Los Angeles Justice, Care and Opportunities Department is seeking organizations to deliver executive coaching and a Nonprofit Leadership Development Intensive Program for its Incubation Academy. The Department is the County's new central agency serving justice-impacted people and communities under the Board of Supervisors' Care First vision, with a focus on prevention, diversion and reentry. This is a work order solicitation issued under the County's Justice Support Services Master Agreement.
