WHAT THEY WANT
Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), the self-sustaining proprietary department of the City of Los Angeles that owns and operates Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Van Nuys Airport, is seeking proposals from qualified investment banking firms to form its underwriter pool. Firms in the pool will market and underwrite bonds and other debt instruments supporting LAWA projects, and provide general investment banking services, including complex financing plans designed to minimize borrowing costs, maximize savings, reduce risk and improve LAWA's financial flexibility and competitive position.

Upload Submittal A (Administrative Documents), Submittal B (Minimum Requirements) and Submittal C (Written Proposal) as separate files named to match the requested items, and complete the Notice of Intent to Propose in Bonfire. All communications must go through Bonfire; contact with LAWA staff, the Board or evaluators is prohibited.
