WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
Clark College, the oldest institution of higher education in Southwest Washington and part of the state community and technical college system, is seeking a qualified contractor to serve as its lead labor negotiator in the next collective bargaining cycle, which begins in late fall 2026. The College has two bargaining units; the faculty contract is bargained locally, with faculty represented by the Clark College Association of Higher Education. The College wants experienced outside expertise at the table to represent its interests in those negotiations.
