WHAT THEY WANT
The City of Santa Monica Water Resources Division is seeking one or more laboratories to analyse water, wastewater, stormwater and recycled water samples. The City operates its own drinking water laboratory for established regulated constituents, but developing and operating its water and wastewater facilities requires specialised outside analysis, such as testing for newly emerging contaminants and for alternative water sources like stormwater, under a comprehensive testing programme directed by the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board and the state Division of Drinking Water.

Submit electronically only, through the City of Santa Monica's online vendor portal (OpenGov), on the forms the City supplies and in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions; bids are opened electronically and viewable on the portal.
