The Department of California Highway Patrol, through its Community Outreach and Marketing Section, is seeking a non-profit contractor to develop and implement a statewide public awareness educational campaign, including marketing and advertising services, in support of the Teen Distracted Driving VI Grant. The campaign's purpose is to reduce the incidence of teen distracted driving, increase public awareness and understanding of distracted driving incidents, and reach California's diverse populations, both geographically and demographically, with messaging that engages and educates the public and drives them toward alternative behaviors.
