WHAT THEY WANT
The County of Orange Social Services Agency (SSA) is seeking a contractor to strengthen and sustain the use of Motivational Interviewing (MI) across its social work staff and its contracted Family Resource Center (FRC) providers. The work is designed to keep MI practice faithful to its principles after the State Block Grant funding period ends, by building the agency's own internal training and coaching capacity. Roughly 100 SSA and FRC staff and 40 supervisors need ongoing training, coaching and skill reinforcement.
