WHAT THEY WANT
The City of Pasadena's Planning & Community Development Department is seeking qualified firms for on-call arboricultural and/or land surveying services. The solicitation is split into two groups that are evaluated and awarded independently, and vendors may respond to either or both. The department handles an annual average of 200 tree removal applications and 50 subdivision-related applications, and this contract supplies the licensed professional review capacity those volumes require.

HOW TO SUBMIT
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Pasadena's eProcurement Portal, and must be received in the system before the deadline; proposers are advised to upload sufficiently early. The entire proposal must be formatted on standard-size 8.5 x 11 pages in 12 point font only, and the Technical Proposal, Additional Data and Statement of Qualifications together may be no more than 50 pages in total. The Price Proposal must include all costs associated with the Technical Proposal as described in the Price Proposal instructions, and no pricing may be included in the Technical Proposal. Questions must be submitted directly through the eProcurement Portal Q&A function; proposers must not contact any City employee or official regarding the solicitation. Proposals received after the deadline may not be accepted.
