The City of Victorville is inviting Statements of Qualifications from civil engineering consulting firms to provide on-call civil engineering design and technical support to supplement its in-house Engineering Department and help deliver the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The City intends to establish on-call agreements with up to three firms, with work assigned through task orders based on project needs, consultant qualifications, availability and expertise.
