The City of Roseville Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from construction management firms to provide on-call construction resident engineer and inspection services under a master professional services agreement. The City may select up to five consultants, and work will be authorised through individual task agreements that may be locally, state or federally funded, including Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration projects, so the selection is qualifications-based under the Brooks Act.

Deliver a hard-copy proposal by common carrier or hand delivery to City of Roseville, Attn: City Clerk Department, Civic Center, 311 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA 95678, with the attached "Sealed Proposal" label visible on the outside of the package. Proposals are accepted only at the City Clerk's office; the City is not responsible for misdelivered proposals, and a proposal delivered to any other department is non-responsive. Include a screenshot showing active California Secretary of State registration.
