Mailed proposals must be double wrapped, with an external shipping envelope containing the separately sealed proposal documents; the shipping envelope is opened upon receipt and should be addressed to City Clerk, Attn: Ani Mehra, SEALED PROPOSAL - RFP No. 27-01 - On Call Land Surveyor Services. All sealed proposal documents must be enclosed in a separate envelope clearly marked using Times New Roman size 18 font. Proposals are limited to 15 pages, 8-1/2 x 11, with content on both sides. Questions or comments must be emailed to Ani.Mehra@escondido.gov with 'RFP No. 27-01 - On Call Land Surveyor Services' stated in the subject line; any communication regarding this RFP with a City employee or official other than Ani Mehra is strictly prohibited. Proposals received after the submission deadline are not accepted.
