The City of Escondido is seeking qualified California Licensed Land Surveyors to provide on-call land surveying services to its Engineering Department on an as-needed basis citywide. Work is performed under the County of San Diego Map Processing Manual, the Subdivision Map Act, and applicable California and San Diego County standards, supporting Utility, Real Property and Land Development activities. The City anticipates awarding contracts to one or more qualified firms to ensure adequate coverage, expertise and availability across varying assignments; specific work is authorized through individual Task Orders rather than a guaranteed volume.

HOW TO SUBMIT
One sealed proposal must be submitted to the City Clerk, Attention: Ani Mehra, 201 N. Broadway, Escondido, CA 92025-2798, and time-stamped at the City Clerk's Office to be considered timely. Mailed proposals must be double wrapped, with an external shipping envelope containing the separately sealed proposal documents; the shipping envelope is opened upon receipt and should be addressed to City Clerk, Attn: Ani Mehra, SEALED PROPOSAL - RFP No. 27-01 - On Call Land Surveyor Services. All sealed proposal documents must be enclosed in a separate envelope clearly marked using Times New Roman size 18 font. Proposals are limited to 15 pages, 8-1/2 x 11, with content on both sides. Questions or comments must be emailed to Ani.Mehra@escondido.gov with 'RFP No. 27-01 - On Call Land Surveyor Services' stated in the subject line; any communication regarding this RFP with a City employee or official other than Ani Mehra is strictly prohibited. Proposals received after the submission deadline are not accepted.
