Sammamish, a growing city of roughly 68,000 residents on a 24-square-mile plateau east of Seattle, needs a consultant who can act on the City's behalf in land acquisition and disposition, advise on property strategy, and help staff and elected officials reach sound real estate decisions.

Would you anticipate that the selected vendor would run a marketing process or merely assist with the offers that are received from a marketing process? 3. If the vendor is anticipated to also create marketing materials and do sales outreach for properties being sold, would there be an opportunity for success fee/commission out of transaction proceeds? 4. For the community presentation/workshop service, would you anticipate that the selected vendor would also be in charge of the outreach, or is this more of a support role to assist the City with presentations and workshops? 5. Will more than one vendor be selected in this process?
