The City of Sammamish Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a licensed real estate firm to provide on-call real estate support services to the City over a two-year contract. Sammamish, a growing city of roughly 68,000 residents on a 24-square-mile plateau east of Seattle, needs a consultant who can act on the City's behalf in land acquisition and disposition, advise on property strategy, and help staff and elected officials reach sound real estate decisions.
