WHAT THEY WANT
The City of Culver City, California is seeking a qualified consultant to provide comprehensive third-party on-call coordination services in support of City capital improvement, transportation, utility, roadway, development and infrastructure projects. The consultant will act as an extension of City staff, proactively managing coordination with outside agencies, utility owners, property owners, regulatory agencies, railroads, adjacent jurisdictions and developers whose facilities, approvals or property interests affect City projects, during pre-design, design, construction and post-construction as needed. The goal is timely delivery of projects from planning and design through permitting, construction, system activation and closeout, with the consultant identifying third-party requirements early, maintaining communication, coordinating reviews and approvals, monitoring commitments and schedules, flagging delivery risks and driving issues to resolution.
