The Tulalip Tribes, a federally recognized Indian tribe located on the Tulalip Reservation in Washington State, seek outside legal counsel to support their Office of Reservation Attorney. That office is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to every department and entity of the Tribes, including Quil Ceda Village, the Tulalip Gaming Organization, the Tulalip Tribal Federal Corporation, the Tulalip Police Department and the Tulalip Health System, and it is looking for additional outside capacity to provide general advice and counsel to the Tribes.
