Submit one electronic copy, including attachments, by email to Executive Director Matt Watkins at pfd-watkins@pasco-wa.gov with the subject line 'RFP – PPFD EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SERVICES' and a maximum size of 20 MB. Receipt time is the City email server's timestamp. Hard-copy and fax submittals are not accepted. Proposals are limited to 20 pages (excluding covers, tabs, two-page resumes, references, and a cover letter of up to two pages), on 8.5 x 11 pages in a sans-serif font of at least 11 point with 0.75-inch margins. Include any requested modifications to the Personal Services Agreement with the proposal. Addenda are posted on the City of Pasco bids page.
