Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) is issuing a Request for Information to gather insight from inspection firms about a potential on-call contract that would add capacity to conduct physical inspections across its affordable housing portfolio. The RFI is market research only: it will not pre-qualify or disqualify any respondent or give any advantage in a future procurement, and OHCS is pursuing legislative expenditure authority with a view to issuing a formal solicitation in July 2027.
