The City of Pasadena is seeking qualified professional engineering firms to supplement the internal resources of the Water and Power Department's Power Delivery Division. Services will support the safe, reliable and efficient operation, maintenance, modernisation and improvement of the City-owned electric power delivery system, and the City intends to award multiple contracts to establish a pool of qualified engineering consultants, with work issued through individual task orders.

HOW TO SUBMIT
Submit electronically through the City of Pasadena eProcurement Portal (OpenGov), uploading early enough that the proposal is received in the system before the deadline. Prepare two separate parts: a Technical Proposal (with the Additional Data and Statement of Qualifications, no more than 50 pages total, on 8.5 x 11 pages in 12-point font, containing no pricing) and a Price Proposal for each Scope of Work Group proposed, giving fully burdened hourly rates for the labour classifications in the applicable price table. Include all required forms and attachments listed in the Proposer's Submittals checklist. Submit questions only through the portal's Q&A function; do not contact City employees about the solicitation.
