WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
Seattle IT is seeking qualified vendors to join a pool of approved partners providing professional services for the City of Seattle's Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Adoption has grown organically across departments to more than 30 enterprise-grade applications, hundreds of citizen-developed apps and thousands of Power Automate flows. The City now wants to move from department-led adoption to a mature, governed, enterprise-wide sustainment model that is secure, scalable and supportable, while advancing its equity, accessibility and digital inclusion goals.
