WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The City of Moreno Valley is seeking an environmental consulting firm to provide professional biological consulting, reporting and permitting services in support of the routine maintenance of its flood control and drainage facilities. Work is currently anticipated at the Cottonwood Basin, Oliver Street Channel and Line F Channel, and the City may add other channels, basins, drainage facilities or maintenance locations during the term. All services must comply with California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) Routine Maintenance Agreement No. EPIMS-RIV-63129-R6 and applicable federal, state and local environmental regulations.

WHAT OTHERS ASKED

17 questions answered

▶

After reviewing the answers to the questions, please provide clarification. The answer to Question 2.7 states to include Attachment A - Required Response Template in Section D of the proposal, but then the answer to Question 2.8 says to include a scope of services for the nine tasks in Section D and to upload Attachment A under the Required Forms Attachment. So then Section D should have both the scope of services for the nine tasks and the answers to Attachment A? Section D is limited to 10 pages so having both on there does not appear feasible.

Does Attachment D require notarization with an attached jurat, or is an authorized signature sufficient?

How would you like us to address Section 3.2.D - Response Template, do we write up scope for the nine tasks listed in Section 9 or present here our answers to the questions posed in Attachment A: Required Response Template? Wondering since the Submissions page asks for files to be uploaded corresponding to our "Response File" in addition to all the Required Form attachments, including "Required Response" (Attachment A)
