The City of Glendale Department of Community Services and Parks is seeking proposals from professional design firms with expertise in landscape architecture, architecture, civil engineering, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for the 1000 S. Central Ave Park Project. The project will transform a 2.39-acre former commercial site, previously a Joann Fabric store, in south Glendale into a vibrant, multi-benefit public park with passive and active recreation for people of all ages and abilities in one of the City's most park-deficient neighbourhoods.

Oral, telephone, fax and emailed proposals are invalid and will not be considered, and firms shipping proposals must allow enough delivery time. Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing by email to Jogonzalez@GlendaleCA.gov.
