WHAT THEY WANT
The City of Marysville, Washington is seeking Statements of Qualifications from architects and engineers, as a single firm or a team, to program and design its new Public Works Operations Center. The City has acquired a 7.35-acre former Marysville School District site at 4220 80th Street with seven structures totalling roughly 79,000 square feet of covered floor space, plus 5.25 acres of undeveloped City-owned land on 78th Street, and intends to relocate public works operations there. The complex will house water, sewer and stormwater operations and maintenance, parks, fleet and facilities maintenance, solid waste collection, street maintenance, traffic, administration, emergency operations center functions, IT infrastructure, and on-site fleet fueling.
