WHAT THEY WANT
The City of Manteca, working with regional partners, is seeking civil engineering and transportation planning consultants to prepare a Railroad Grade Separation Feasibility Study for two Union Pacific Railroad crossings: Airport Way and McKinley Avenue. Continued residential, industrial and commercial growth along the UPRR corridors makes grade separations critical to reducing traffic delay, improving emergency response times and strengthening public safety. The study will evaluate the crossings and develop preliminary engineering solutions for each.
