WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The City of Moreno Valley has issued a Request for Information to survey the market for public entity risk pools, joint powers authorities, and comprehensive risk management services, so it can compare alternatives against its current coverage. The City is a member of the Public Entity Risk Management Authority (PERMA) risk pool today and is separately self-insured for workers' compensation up to $300,000 through PRISM. This is an information-gathering exercise only and does not commit the City to a future Request for Proposals, but responses will shape any later solicitation.
