WHAT THEY WANT
San José State University (SJSU) seeks a qualified firm to lead a comprehensive digital ecosystem transformation, modernizing the university's web presence through the design and implementation of two distinct digital experiences. The first is a Flagship Digital Ecosystem serving prospective students, parents, alumni, donors, and other external audiences. The second is an Internal Digital Experience serving current students, faculty, and staff. Both experiences will share a common design system, ecosystem strategy, and governance framework, but each requires independent information architecture, navigation, content strategy, user experience design, and potentially independent CMS implementation suited to its unique audience.
