Beaverton School District 48J, the third-largest school district in Oregon with roughly 4,700 employees, 41,000 K-12 students and 53 schools across about 57 square miles of Washington County, is seeking a firm to serve as its insurance Broker Agent of Record. The District is self-insured with a $500,000 self-insured retention per claim for general liability, property and workers' compensation, and carries a program of excess and specialty policies that includes a primary liability package, excess liability, primary and excess property, excess workers' compensation, crime, cyber, storage tank liability, site pollution liability and an owner-controlled insurance program for certain construction projects.
