HOW TO SUBMIT
Proposals must be submitted via email to Madison Thesing, Deputy City Manager, at mthesing@lakeoswego.city. Late proposals will not be accepted or considered. The City relies on its computer system's server clock to determine the correct submission time. Proposals should be no more than 20 pages in length (excluding reports, resumes, and similar attachments), must include a one-page cover letter as the first page, and must include completed Attachment B (Proposer Certifications and Representations) and Attachment C (References). Acceptable forms of electronic signature on attachment forms include a scanned copy of a handwritten signature or a signature made using Adobe's Fill and Sign Digital Signature tool. This RFP is also available through the City's bid management system at www.lakeoswego.city/bids.
