WHAT THEY WANT
The California Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) is seeking one or more contractors to provide statewide technical assistance, training and capacity-building services to nonprofit community-based organizations (CBOs) working in community violence intervention (CVI). The California Violence Intervention and Prevention (CalVIP) Grant Program is the state's largest source of CVI funding, having provided more than $350 million since 2018; in February 2026 BSCC awarded its fifth round, $107 million to 42 grantees, and cities and counties must pass at least half of each award through to CBO partners.

HOW TO SUBMIT
Email the complete proposal package to the Board of State and Community Corrections at BSCCProcurement@bscc.ca.gov. The package is one PDF containing the signed proposal (e-signatures accepted), with Attachment 2, the Proposal/Proposer Certification Sheet, signed by an individual authorised to bind the proposer and showing their title, plus two separate PDF files each holding one required work product sample (Attachments 12 and 13). Conditional or incomplete proposals may be rejected. A proposal may be withdrawn by signed written request to the same address and resubmitted before the deadline. Questions go to Jessica Espinoza, Contracts Analyst, at the same address, and addenda are posted on Cal eProcure.
