Proposals are submitted electronically through Spokane Transit Authority's Dropbox file request at https://www.dropbox.com/request/6w78pyp7oy1ecukekkw0, labelled with the name and number of the solicitation. Proposals that are incomplete, conditioned, contain erasures or alterations, include items not requested, or are not in conformance with the solicitation or applicable law may be rejected as nonresponsive. Late submittals are deemed nonresponsive and returned.
