Los Angeles County Public Works is requesting proposals and price quotes from qualified vendors to deliver an eight-hour Temporary Traffic Control and Flagging Training course for fiscal year 2026-2027, under the County Internal Services Department purchasing guidelines for training. Approximately 400 Public Works employees who are responsible for setting up or inspecting traffic control in the field will be eligible to attend.

HOW TO SUBMIT
Submit the proposal on company letterhead in PDF format by email to the Los Angeles County Public Works specification contact named in the RFP, or by fax to (626) 282-8312. Vendors must be registered County vendors (registration through the County's LACOBids site at camisvr.co.la.ca.us). The proposal must include price quotes, resumes of every trainer, a detailed training curriculum, work plan and outline, at least three non-Public Works references, and samples of the training materials to be used, presented in the sequence the RFP specifies with a title page and comprehensive table of contents. Late or incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
