WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The California Department of Water Resources is inviting bids from a contractor to provide direct electronic transfer transcription services for its Office of Civil Rights and Internal Audit Office. Both offices conduct workplace investigations that include digitally recorded interviews of witnesses and alleged subjects. The Department wants accurate, professional written transcripts so investigators can keep cases moving without spending hours reviewing recordings. The anticipated term is three years, with an anticipated start in November 2026, and the work is performed at the contractor's own facility using its own equipment.
