HOW TO SUBMIT
Email the Required Bid Submittals to info@wasaves.wa.gov; the Board acknowledges receipt by return email, and a bidder that receives no acknowledgement within five business days must contact the Procurement Coordinator. Submittals must be complete, legible and signed, prepared in MS Word, MS Excel or Adobe PDF, and follow Appendix A: Exhibit A (Bidder's Certification), the Exhibit B Scored Non-Cost Factors form for each service category bid, and the matching Exhibit C Bid Price section. Bidders must register in Washington's Electronic Business Solution (WEBS) and download the solicitation there to receive amendments and question responses. Integrated proposals must state whether the two service categories may be evaluated and awarded separately.
