WHAT THEY WANT

Lewis County Public Works (Roads), Washington, is seeking a consulting firm with expertise in wetland and stream services to support two federally funded roadway safety projects: the 2025 County Safety Program Phase I (Fed. Aid HSIP-000S[750], CRP 2212A), which installs and upgrades guardrail and bridge rail, and Phase II (Fed. Aid HSIP-000S[752], CRP 2212B), which improves the roadside clear zone through slope flattening, barrier and culvert end treatment upgrades, shoulder widening, fixed object removal, pavement edge drop-off reduction, ditch improvements and signage. Because the two projects have similar requirements, the County wants a single Statement of Qualifications that applies to both, with the selected consultant entering a separate WSDOT Local Agency A&E negotiated hourly rate agreement for each project.
