WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The City of Los Angeles, through its Community Investment Department, is seeking proposals from qualified teams to develop and implement a suite of digital tools supporting the City's Workforce Development Board and its public engagement and legislative processes. The Board is the policymaking and oversight body under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, meets quarterly alongside four standing committees, and must publicly post agendas and materials at least 72 hours before each meeting under the Brown Act. Its legacy meeting notification system, Novus Agenda, was scheduled to sunset in September 2025 but remains in use in the interim.

The City Contracting Requirements Checklist and compliance forms (Attachment 1) apply. Questions go through the Google Form question intake, and proposers may not contact City staff about the RFP otherwise.
