Invalid PIN; or b. A generic "declined" error message. Reason: An audible tone when a transaction is declined may draw unwanted attention to a WIC user and could create an uncomfortable experience. The Contractor will not have access to change the settings and configurations needed to allow for this requirement as the devices are supplied by the Farmer's Markets.
