WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The City of Burbank seeks a modern, fully cloud-based Software-as-a-Service Enterprise Resource Planning system, together with the professional services needed to implement and support it. The new platform will replace the City's current administrative systems, which run on Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.10 for Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain. The City wants a single integrated platform covering Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Procurement, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Budgeting and Planning, and Enterprise Reporting and Business Intelligence. Finance and HR/Payroll must be tightly integrated; functions such as CRM, recruiting, treasury and budgeting may be native to the ERP or best-of-breed products.
