WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The City of San José Public Works Department is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call environmental consulting services for its Capital Improvement Program. At any given time more than a hundred City capital projects are in the feasibility or design stage, and many require environmental review, technical studies, regulatory approvals, permitting, mitigation planning, field surveys and construction monitoring. The City will award one or more master consultant agreements to the highest-ranked firms, then issue individual service orders, each with its own scope and cost, as projects need support.

HOW TO SUBMIT
Submit the solicitation response electronically through the Biddingo portal (biddingo.com/sanjose); free Biddingo registration is required. Upload the required forms (Forms 1, 3, 5 and 6, plus Form 2 if requesting the local and small business preference) and the Statement of Qualifications, then click SUBMIT: uploading alone does not submit, and the electronic receipt confirms submission. A modified response must be resubmitted before the submittal deadline, and responses not received through Biddingo by then are not considered. Questions and objections go only through the Biddingo Question and Answer utility; contact with the City by any other means is grounds for disqualification. Use a readable font of at least 11 point with 1-inch margins and a numbered table of contents, and do not mark the response confidential or proprietary.
