WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The County of San Diego is requesting Statements of Qualifications from investment banking firms to form a pre-qualified pool of senior managing and co-managing underwriters for County debt financings. Firms found qualified will be placed on a standing list for an anticipated five years and become eligible to compete in later Requests for Bids, Proposals or Quotes. After that second step, the County expects to award up to eight contracts: four for senior manager underwriter services and four for co-manager underwriter services. Firms proposing for both roles must submit a separate qualifications statement for each.
