WHAT THEY WANT

(Summarized from the RFP)

The City of Visalia is seeking a software vendor to supply, implement, maintain and support a cloud-based construction management system for its capital improvement program. Today, City departments track and manage construction projects with standard Microsoft applications and other general electronic tools. The City wants to replace that patchwork with a single, comprehensive platform that gives staff a uniform method for managing and processing construction projects while integrating with the systems already in place.
