WHAT THEY WANT
(Summarized from the RFP)
The County of Santa Clara is seeking a laboratory contractor to provide waterborne pathogen testing and environmental microbiology services for County of Santa Clara Health Services. The County will award a single contract on an all-or-none basis, so the selected laboratory must price and perform every line of the required test menu rather than a subset.

HOW TO SUBMIT
Bids are submitted electronically by uploading the completed Bid Response Package to the Biddingo e-sourcing system. The package must use the County's forms: Declaration Submittal Form, Bidders Representation, Workers' Compensation Statement and the Bid Response Pricing Form. A bid not submitted on the Bid Response Package is non-responsive. This is an all-or-none bid, so every line of the pricing form must be priced. Bids with exceptions or conditions to the ITB are rejected, and substitutes are not permitted.
