HOW TO SUBMIT

Submit the response electronically by email to the RFI Coordinator, Edward Mendoza, Administrative Office of the Courts, at Procurements@courts.wa.gov. Include a brief cover letter, and repeat the text of each inquiry with the firm's answer entered directly after the word Response, in the order given: the firm's legal name, address and principal place of business; a summary of its qualifications and experience; and the best contact person's name, mailing address, email and phone. Also complete the RFI Vendor Response Form (Excel workbook): company information and the services addressed (Juvenile Referral only, Detention Management only, or both) on the Instructions tab; every one of the ten capabilities on the Capability Response Matrix tab (availability, a 1-10 confidence rating, the number of similar-scale production customers, and an explanation of no more than 200 words, with further detail in an appendix); and the Requirements, Technical, Juvenile Referral and Detention Management questionnaire tabs for the services addressed, answering N/A where a question cannot be answered. High-level architecture diagrams may be included in PDF or image format. Responses are public records, so do not include confidential or proprietary information. All vendor communications must go through the RFI Coordinator.
