The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this Request for Quotes to holders of the State of Oregon Cloud Solutions Providers master agreement to procure a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform that replaces its current BMC Remedy 8.1.02 system, which went out of vendor support in February 2018. The selected offeror must license the system and deliver the full implementation project, including configuration, portals, training, documentation, project management, data migration, and ongoing maintenance and operations support.
